Description / Scope of Work
The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from experienced and reputable firms for the installation and hoisting of a national flag at the Expo Centre Karachi. The scope of work involves a comprehensive turnkey solution including the supply and installation of a 150 foot high mast flag pole constructed from high grade steel designed to withstand coastal weather conditions. The project further requires civil works for an RCC foundation and the implementation of a specialized hoisting system with stainless steel components. To be eligible, participating firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C4 or above with specialized code CE 02. Additionally, bidders must be active on the tax lists of both the Federal Board of Revenue and the Sindh Revenue Board. A bid security of 260,000 Rupees is required. Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals via the EPADS system and provide physical bid security to the TDAP office by 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026. The project completion timeline is strictly sixty days from the date of the work order issuance.
