Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Police Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of various plant, machinery, and IT equipment for the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement is split into two major lots with a combined estimated value of over 19 million Rupees. Lot 1 focuses on plant and machinery including 650 VA and 6 KVA UPS systems, heavy duty photocopiers, paper shredders, water dispensers, and biometric machines. Lot 2 covers essential IT infrastructure such as desktop computers, high performance laptops, and both mono and color laser printers. The department requires all supplies to be delivered to the CPO Complex in Lahore under a comprehensive warranty period. Interested suppliers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must possess a valid NTN for at least three years. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS) portal. All technical and financial bids, along with a three percent bid security, must be finalized and uploaded no later than 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026.
