Description / Scope of Work
The Dir Irrigation Division in Dir, KPK invites electronic bids for the dredging and desilting of urban critical waterways within the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. This project is divided into two primary sub-works: channelization and dredging along the Pajkora River and Chakdara Khwar in District Dir Lower, and similar works along Kohistan Nullah and Akhagram Khwar in District Dir Upper. The estimated costs for these works are 70.00 million and 26.50 million Rupees respectively. Eligible bidders must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for the financial year 2025-26 in categories C-4 or C-5 with specialized codes CE-04, CE-04(ii), or CE-04(vii). Additionally, contractors must be active taxpayers with FBR and registered with KPRA. A 2 percent bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded through the EPADS portal no later than 2:00 PM on 14 May 2026, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for 6 May 2026.
