Procurement of IT Hardware for Estate Department

The Mangla Dam Housing Authority (MDHA) in Mirpur, Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites sealed bids from well-reputed and eligible firms for the procurement of IT hardware to establish its IT Section within the Estate Department. The comprehensive scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of various technology assets including high-performance laptops, desktop computers, UPS systems, printers, scanners, and smart LED displays along with other necessary peripheral devices. This procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders must be authorized partners or distributors of the original equipment manufacturers and must maintain a technical staff of at least five certified engineers to ensure proper installation and maintenance. Interested firms registered with the FBR and appearing on the Active Tax Payers List must submit a bid bond equivalent to three percent of the total bid value. All proposals must be delivered to the MDHA office in Sector D, New City Mirpur no later than 12:00 PM within fifteen days of this notice publication.
