Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Power Development Authority in Dera Ismail Khan, KPK invites electronic bids for the procurement of five split DC inverter air conditioners for the CRBC Lift Cum Gravity Project Office. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and will be conducted using the single stage one envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules of 2004. The selection will be based on the least cost based selection technique to ensure economic efficiency. All interested bidders must be registered on the EPADS version 2.0 system and submit their proposals electronically through the designated portal. A formal bid security as specified in the bidding documents must be submitted in the form of a call at deposit in favor of the Chief Engineer. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The deadline for registration and bid submission is 10:30 AM on 18 May 2026, with the electronic bid opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day at the CRBC Colony project office.
