Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Department in Peshawar, KPK invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System for several construction and renovation projects within District Peshawar. This procurement includes the improvement and renovation of Jamia Masjid Abdullah Bin Masood and Madrais Taleem Ul-Quran on Charsadda Road, as well as rehabilitation and solarization at Jamia Masjid Hayya Alal Falah on Pajjagi Road. Additionally, the scope involves work at Masjid Saddiq Akbar Nasapa Bala and the construction of boundary walls for the Bahai Community Graveyards on Warsak Road. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category PK-C5 and above for the year 2025-26 and must be enlisted with the C&W Department. All participants must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bids require a two percent bid security plus a non-refundable bidding entry fee of 0.03 percent of the estimated cost. Detailed rate analysis is mandatory for bids quoted more than twenty percent below the engineer estimate. The final deadline for electronic submission is May 19, 2026, at 12:00 hours.
