The Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the Renovation and Upgradation of Studio Apartment at Sunset Club, Phase-VI, DHA Karachi. This project aims to modernize and enhance the existing living facilities within the prestigious Sunset Club premises. The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Eligible firms must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for the year 2025-2026, specifically holding a C6 or Above category with a CE-10 specification code. Interested bidders are required to provide proof of experience in projects of a similar nature to qualify. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Director D&C PDOHA Head Office starting from April 29, 2026, upon submission of a written request and a non-refundable fee of 2,000 Rupees paid via Pay Order. Sealed financial bids, comprising one original and one copy, must be delivered to the D&C Directorate by 1430 hours on May 7, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened at 1500 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. DHA Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the prevailing rules and regulations.
