The Tehsil Municipal Administration Bara in Bara, KPK invites electronic bids for the uplifting and beautification activities in various markets and urban spaces under ADP No. 955/251053. The project is divided into three major schemes: the beautification of various markets including Daro Ada, Koi, and Speen Qabar with an estimated cost of 100 million; the beautification of Aziz, Shin Drend, and Meri Khel markets valued at 55 million; and the improvement of Bara Bazar at 45 million. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the 2025-26 financial year and enlisted with the Local Council Board and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure via the EPADS system. Bidders are required to submit a 2% earnest money deposit and a non-refundable tender fee. For bids quoted significantly below the engineer's estimate, additional securities of up to 8% or more may be required alongside detailed rate analysis.
