The AFOHS (Dett) Complex Gulberg-III in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from reputable contractors for the re-carpeting of street roads within the complex. The project has a defined completion period of two months. Eligible firms must possess a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C4 or higher, along with relevant specialized codes. Applicants are required to submit comprehensive documentation including a National Tax Number, proof of Income Tax deposits with filer status, a detailed company profile, and certified licenses. Furthermore, bidders must demonstrate their technical and financial capability by providing lists of general and similar construction projects completed over the last five years, complete with completion certificates and client details. The submission must also include CVs of key personnel, latest financial statements, and a list of available plant and equipment. Bidding documents can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of 10,000.
