Description / Scope of Work
The Postgraduate Institute of Allied Health Sciences in Faisalabad, Punjab invites interested parties and bidders for a public auction of various items on an as-is where-is basis. To ensure eligibility and transparency, all participants must possess a valid National Tax Number as participation without an NTN is strictly prohibited. Bidders are required to submit a call deposit of 50,000 Rupees in the name of the undersigned along with a copy of their National Identity Card prior to the commencement of the auction process. The successful bidder will be obligated to pay one-fourth of the total bid amount on the spot, with the remaining balance and applicable government taxes payable to the institute's cashier within one working day. Potential bidders are encouraged to inspect the items before the auction, as no objections will be entertained afterward. Once full payment is verified by the accounts branch, the winning bidder must remove the items from the premises within twenty-four hours, after which the institute bears no responsibility for the security or supervision of the auctioned materials. Failure to comply with the removal timeline will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit
