Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority in Peshawar, KPK invites the general public to participate in an open public auction for the dismantling and removal of serviceable malba and useable materials at the Warsak-II site, formerly the Irrigation Mechanical Division. Interested bidders are required to visit the site at Warsak Road for personal inspection between April 30 and May 18, 2026. Participation requires the submission of a refundable earnest money deposit of Rs. 350,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt by May 18, 2026. The auction will be held openly on May 19, 2026, where the highest bidder must immediately deposit one-fourth of their bid amount. The successful contractor is responsible for completing the demolition and site clearance within 30 days of approval. All recovered materials become the property of the bidder, who must also ensure daily removal of debris to maintain pedestrian safety and traffic flow. Failure to comply with the stipulated timelines for starting or completing the work will result in the forfeiture of all deposited security amounts.
