CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for the procurement of battery operated vehicles (BOV) as ground support equipment to meet anticipated demands during FY 2026-27. Tender reference 1145/06/LP/FY 2026-27 is issued under single stage two-envelope process as per PPRA Rules 2004.
Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise & Taxation Departments, maintain active taxpayer status with FBR, and hold registration with DGDP or DGP-A. Bid security of Rs. 250,000 (CDR) is required. Sealed tenders must be submitted by 16 November 2026 at 1030 hours at CMT & SD Golra Main Gate; opening follows at 1100 hours. Tender documents are available for inspection at the Local Purchase Office during working hours. Quoted rates must be inclusive of all taxes and transportation, valid until 30 June 2027.
