The Dir Irrigation Division in Dir, KPK invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for the construction of solar-based irrigation tube wells under ADP No. 2107/250220. The project includes multiple sub-works such as the construction of tube wells at Tangai Shah, Mayar, and Musabad Dandosha in Tehsil Samar Bagh and Munda. Estimated costs for individual sub-works range approximately between 8.77 million and 8.90 million. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the 2025-26 financial year in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-09 or CE-10. Additionally, active registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue is mandatory. The procurement follows a single-stage single-envelope procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 07, 2026, to discuss project details. All electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal, and original bid security instruments must reach the executive engineer's office. The deadline for bid submission is May 14, 2026.
