Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Livestock and Dairy Development Merged Areas Secretariat in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed bids from authorized firms for the solarization of several key facilities. The project scope includes the installation of 10 KVA solar systems each at the Semen Production Unit in Jamrud, the Model Dairy Farm in Bajaur, and two Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratories. This procurement is conducted under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license with specific codes including EE03, EE04, EE06, EE11 for solar, and ME07 for mechanical works. A fixed bid security of 0.500 million PKR in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt is required. Interested participants should attend the pre-bid meeting on May 9, 2026. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than May 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
