Description / Scope of Work
The Project Management Unit, Solar Home System On-Grid, Energy Department, Government of Sindh in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from eligible organizations for the provision of Third Party Verification Firm services. This special initiative involves the verification of distribution, delivery, installation, and operation of Solar Home System kits intended for poor families across the province. The scope of work is extensive, requiring the physical verification of 143,000 beneficiaries including their addresses, CNIC details, and geo-tagged GPS coordinates. Additionally, the selected firm will conduct technical specification verifications, update portal statuses, and report on non-compliance or the need for re-verification. Interested bidders must demonstrate a general experience of at least five years and hold valid registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan or the Registrar of Firms, along with federal and provincial tax authorities. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents are available online through EPADs or the department website. Completed bids must be submitted online via EPADs no later than May 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with the opening scheduled for 2:30 PM on the same day.
