Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Railways in Sukkur, Sindh invites electronic bids for the procurement and installation of Tyer's double line block instruments, wireless communication equipment, and floor-standing commercial air conditioners and compressors. This project, falling under the Immediate Track Safety Work for the Rohri-Khanpur section, is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System using a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-4 or higher, with specialization codes EE04 and ME01. Bidders are required to be on the Active Taxpayer List and must submit a bid security of 2.400 million in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order. The project has a defined completion period of two months. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal, with a hard copy and original bid security reaching the Divisional Accounts Office in Sukkur by May 16, 2026, at 10:30 AM.
