Description / Scope of Work
The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company in Faisalabad, Punjab invites bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System for various construction and electrical works across several districts. The scope of work includes the carriage and erection of HT/LT PC Spun Hollow Poles ranging from 31 to 45 feet, stringing of HT/LT lines, reconductoring, and the shifting of existing electrical infrastructure. These projects cover the jurisdictions of Jhang, T.T. Singh, Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali, and Bhakkar. Eligibility is restricted to firms pre-qualified with DISCOs, NTDC, or WAPDA and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above with specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority. A bid security of 2% of the BOQ amount is required. Interested contractors must submit their electronic bids via the EPADS portal no later than May 14, 2026, by 12:15 PM, with the opening scheduled for 12:45 PM on the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted
