Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Attock, Punjab invites sealed bids from registered and reputable firms for the procurement of various items under Tender Notice-04/2025-2026. The scope of procurement is divided into multiple lots, including Lot No. 1 for plant and machinery, Lot No. 2 for furniture and fixtures, Lot No. 3 for hardware and IT equipment, Lot No. 4 for stationery, and Lot No. 5 for miscellaneous items. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered under the Sales Tax and Income Tax Acts. The procurement process follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are required to submit their proposals exclusively through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). A bid security of 3% of the estimated price for each respective lot must be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Senior Civil Judge. Successful bidders will further be required to provide a 5% performance guarantee. The deadline for the electronic submission of bids through the EPADS portal is May 15, 2026.
