Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Department in Lower Chitral, KPK invites sealed bids for the construction of various drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across the district. This procurement includes major projects such as the Drinking Water Supply Scheme in Arian and the construction of streets and drains at Azam Orchards Barawush in Union Council Ayun. The works are part of the larger provincial development program for Northern Districts. To be eligible, participating firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and code, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, and the Provincial Enlistment Committee. Bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. A mandatory bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be provided in the form of a call deposit. Complete bid solicitation documents and bills of quantities are available for download on the official EPADS and KPPRA websites. All bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on May 14, 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day.
