Procurement of Service; Production of Sector Explainer Videos

The Accelerate Prosperity, Pakistan in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed proposals from qualified video production firms or creative agencies for the production of a sector explainer video series. This project, titled RFP/KFW/AP/2026/00014, involves the end-to-end creation of six high-quality videos, each six to eight minutes long, focused on priority sectors such as education, health, tourism, and the green economy. The scope of work encompasses research-backed scripting, motion graphics design, filming with expert contributors, and post-production including English subtitles and social media cutdowns. Eligible firms must demonstrate at least three years of professional experience and possess in-house motion graphics capabilities. Proposals must include a technical approach, digital platform analytics to prove audience reach, and a separate financial bid. All deliverables, including raw footage and final edited assets, will remain the intellectual property of Accelerate Prosperity. Interested parties must submit their complete sets of required documents in sealed envelopes no later than 7 May 2026.
