Pakistan Software Export Board invites pre-qualification proposals from advertising agencies to manage advertisements across print media, outdoor, electronic media, and digital platforms. The pre-qualification is being conducted under reference A (01)/PSEB/2026-23 and aims to develop a roster of qualified agencies capable of promoting Pakistan's IT industry and highlighting opportunities offered by PSEB. This is a framework agreement valid for two years under PID policy, to be awarded to the top six qualified agencies.

Agencies should demonstrate experience in media planning, creative conceptualization, copywriting, design support, and coordination with media houses and broadcasters. Mandatory requirements include submission of duly completed forms with supporting documentation.
