Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Department Gilgit-Baltistan, Building Division Gilgit Region, invites sealed tenders under Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) procedure for repair and maintenance of government vehicles for the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The construction cost is PKR 1,320,000. Eligible firms must be licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C6 and above with valid registration up to 30 June 2027.
Bidders must submit 2% earnest money as a call deposit receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank, obtain bidding documents (cost PKR 4,000, non-refundable) from the office of the Executive Engineer, and meet all prescribed terms and conditions including no-litigation certificates and departmental renewal receipts for 2026-27. Tenders close on 15 November 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 10:30 AM the same day.
