Description / Scope of Work
The Cantonment Board Nowshera in Nowshera, KPK invites interested business individuals to participate in a public auction for the tenancy rights of newly constructed shops located on Khushal Colony Road. This procurement opportunity includes four single-shutter shops and two double-shutter shops, with tenancy rights offered for a period of five years subject to a ten percent annual rent increase. The auction for single-shutter shops will start from a monthly rent of 45,000 Rupees, while double-shutter shops will begin at 50,000 Rupees per month. Bidders are required to submit a call deposit as earnest money, specifically 3,296,754 Rupees for single shops and 3,663,060 Rupees for double shops. Eligibility is restricted to those not blacklisted or in litigation with the board. Successful bidders must comply with income tax laws and utility payment regulations. The primary auction date is set for 20 May 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cantonment Board office, with an alternative date provided for 21 May 2026. All proceedings will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
