The Executive Engineer PHE Division Khuzdar invites open competitive bids for construction of solar water supply systems at three locations: Killies Shumali Kanak MC, Bazgeer Abad, and Sunni West MC in Khuzdar district, under PPL (UEP CSR) funding. Reference number TSE-2627111218963.
Bidding is single-stage, one-envelope procedure with financial evaluation. Bidders must be registered with BPPRA's Electronic Public Procurement System. Bidding document fee is PKR 1,500. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required via bank guarantee or deposit at call. Bids must be submitted by 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM via courier or tender box at the procuring agency office in Irrigation Colony, Khuzdar. Bid validity period is 90 days. National scope; joint ventures not allowed.
