Description / Scope of Work
The National Grid Company of Pakistan in Guddu, Sindh invites sealed bids for the addition and augmentation works of 250MVA 220/132KV auto transformers at the 500KV Grid Station Guddu. This critical infrastructure project encompasses a comprehensive scope including civil engineering works, equipment erection, rigorous testing, and final commissioning of the transformers. Furthermore, the successful contractor is responsible for implementing essential environmental, social, labor, and occupational health and safety measures throughout the project lifecycle. To be eligible, bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and demonstrate significant technical experience, specifically having completed at least one 220kV transformer or line bay project within the last ten years. A bid security of three million Rupees is mandatory for participation. The project is expected to be completed within 180 days from the commencement notice. All interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026.
