The Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education (SHC&ME) Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of IT equipment, stationery, and various general supplies for its Project Management Unit. This government project is categorized into seven distinct lots with a total estimated value of 12.000 million Rupees. Requirements include high-end laptops, desktop computers with UPS, laser and color printers, and a sophisticated video conferencing system featuring an 86-inch interactive LED. Additionally, the department seeks bulk supplies of office stationery and general items such as LED lights and cleaning tools. Eligibility is restricted to firms registered with relevant tax authorities who can provide a 2 percent bid security for each quoted lot. All interested bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) portal.
