Description / Scope of Work
Services Hospital, Lahore invites e-bids for procurement of furniture and IT items under the ADP Scheme for Establishment of Punjab Institute of Diabetes and Endocrinology Center at Services Hospital, Lahore. The furniture procurement has an estimated cost of PKR 7.999 million, while IT items procurement is valued at PKR 12.629 million. Earnest money of 2% of estimated cost is required for each item.
Bids shall be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P) on or before 19-11-2026 at 11:00am. Bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement platform and with relevant authorities. Bid security must be submitted electronically; no physical financial instruments are accepted. E-bids will be opened the same day at 11:30am at Committee Room, Basement Surgical Block. Bid validity is 180 days from opening date. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
