The Punjab Buildings Department (North Zone), Communication and Works Department in Narowal, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the upgradation and extension of the existing Ladies Club building. All technical and financial bids must be submitted through the E-pads portal, with a required bid security of five percent of the estimated cost.
