The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation in Quetta, Balochistan invites electronic bids for the construction of a new conference hall and guest house at its branch office. Operating under the Ministry of Energy, PMDC requires interested contractors to hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5, specifically with building codes CE-09, CE-10, and EE-04. Additionally, bidders must be listed on the Federal Board of Revenue active taxpayer list for both income and sales tax. Bidding documents are available free of charge via the EPADS-PPRA portal. A bid security of 400,000 Rupees in the form of a demand draft or pay order is required and must be submitted to the PMDC head office in Islamabad before the online deadline. The electronic submission process will conclude at 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, followed by a public bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM through the EPADS system.
