The Municipal Committee Kot Addu in Kot Addu, Punjab invites sealed bids for a comprehensive framework contract for the fiscal year 2025-26. This significant procurement opportunity covers four main categories essential for municipal operations: rental services for machinery, electrical works and infrastructure maintenance, the supply of goods and stationery alongside machinery repair, and various civil construction works. The total estimated cost for these combined services is approximately 16.1 million Rupees. Interested firms and contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and must maintain active status with income tax and sales tax departments. The bidding process will be conducted electronically through the EPADS system, following the Single Stage One Envelope procedure based on the least cost method. A mandatory five percent earnest money deposit in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt is required for participation.
