Description / Scope of Work
The Estate Office Management, an attached department of the Ministry of Housing and Works in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the improvement and upgrading of electrical and mechanical installations across various Federal Lodges. The project is divided into four distinct lots covering facilities in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta. The primary scope of work involves the installation of advanced Digital Door Lock Systems and related E/M installations. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C6 or above with specialized codes EE02, EE04, and ME07. Additionally, contractors must hold valid electrical licenses for the respective regions and be listed as Active Tax Payers with the relevant income tax departments. The completion time for each lot is set at 30 days. Bid security requirements vary by location, ranging from 100,000 to 500,000 Rupees. Procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure based on the Pak. PWD Schedule of Rate 2022 and prevailing market rates.
