Description / Scope of Work
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited in Daharki, Sindh invites sealed bids for the hiring of a third-party contractor to provide specialized HSE and QA/QC inspection services for an extensive rehabilitation scheme. The scope of work involves monitoring the laying of approximately 71.656 kilometers of HDPE 100 pipeline with diameters ranging from 63mm to 180mm. Additionally, the selected contractor will oversee 6,145 service connections and 6,483 gas meter installations or shifts. Technical requirements include verifying construction compliance, material quality, and safety protocols such as Job Safety Analysis and PPE usage. Eligible firms must possess a valid ISO 9001:2015 certification and be listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. All submissions must be handled electronically through the EPADS portal using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. A fixed bid bond of 175,000 Rupees is required for participation. The project is expected to span nine months from the formal issuance of the Letter to Proceed. Interested parties must ensure their technical and financial proposals are submitted via the portal no later than 10:30 AM on 20 May 2026.
