Supply of 31 Split Air Conditioners 1.5 Ton for State Life Sukkur Zone

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed competitive bids through the E-PADS portal of PPRA for the supply of 31 split air conditioners, 1.5 ton capacity, model Haier HSU-19HFAB/013WUSDC(W) T3 with DC inverter compressor technology. The procurement is intended for installation at field offices of Sales Managers and Senior Sales Managers across the Sukkur Zone in Sindh Province. The tender notice was issued on 27 July 2026 with a total bid closing date of 13 August 2026 at 11:00 am. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and featured on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue to participate in this single-stage, single-envelope competitive bidding process.

Eligibility requirements mandate that only GST-registered suppliers are permitted to submit bids for this procurement. Bidders must provide copies of their NTN and GST Payer Number along with their tender submissions. A security deposit equal to five percent of the total tender value must be deposited by all participating bidders. Income Tax and GST will be deducted from the final payment as per government policy. The quoted rates must include all applicable government taxes. If any supplier delivers sub-standard products, the security deposit will be forfeited in favor of the Corporation.

All bids must be submitted through E-PAD 2.0 portal on or before 13 August 2026 at 11:00 am, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 am at the Zonal Office. Suppliers must provide specimens or samples of quoted items for approval prior to award. The sealed envelope containing the original CDR must be physically delivered by post, courier, or hand to the Secretary Zonal Procurement Committee at State Life Building Minara Road Sukkur before the closing date.
