The National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the procurement of various essential goods for its campus located at Park Road, Chak Shehzad. This tender covers three specific categories of equipment including high-quality Halotron and Dry Powder fire extinguishers, a small-scale general incinerator for waste disposal with a capacity of 100 kg/h, and comprehensive medical first aid kits equipped with digital BP monitors and pulse oximeters. The procurement process follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using the Quality and Cost Based Selection technique. Eligible firms must have at least five years of experience in supplying similar equipment to government or multinational organizations and must maintain a local office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. All interested bidders are required to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal.
