The Information Technology University in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders through the EPADS system for the procurement of furniture and fixtures intended for its hostels at the Barki Campus. This procurement includes essential dormitory items such as six iron almirahs constructed from twenty-gauge MS sheets, twenty-eight single iron beds featuring Sheesham wood headrests, and twenty-eight high-quality mattresses from brands like Master or Dura. Additionally, the scope covers kitchen appliances including one five-hundred-liter inverter refrigerator and one thirty-liter microwave oven. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess a valid Professional Tax Certificate for the current year. Furthermore, participating firms must demonstrate at least three years of experience in the manufacturing or supply of similar goods. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab EPADS portal by 03:30 PM on 15 May 2026. A bid security of fifty-five thousand Rupees is required to be submitted to the university procurement office as part of the formal application process.
