Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Religious Affairs in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites sealed tenders for the procurement of stainless steel items to be distributed among various religious seminaries across the region. The scope of work involves the supply of non-magnetic stainless steel jugs weighing five hundred grams each and stainless steel glasses weighing one hundred and sixty-five grams each. These items are to be delivered within twenty days to several district offices including Muzaffarabad, Poonch, Mirpur, Bagh, and Kotli. Interested manufacturers and registered suppliers must submit their bids under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per AJK PPRA Rules 2017. Bidders are required to provide a call deposit of thirty thousand Rupees and must bring physical samples of the products for quality verification. All bids, with rates specified in both figures and words, must reach the Directorate office located near Soneri Bank by 12:00 PM on 14 May 2026 for public opening thirty minutes later.
