Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Electronic Media and Publication (DEMP) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed pre-qualification applications from reputable firms for the establishment of a Central Monitoring Unit (CMU) for IPTV Streams. This specialized project involves the design, supply, installation, integration, and commissioning of an IPTV streaming and API-based delivery solution to monitor 124 national and international channels. The system must support high-definition streaming and provide secure REST-based APIs for integration with AI-enabled media monitoring and analytics software. Interested bidders must demonstrate technical capability in IPTV solutions and maintain a minimum average annual turnover of seven million Rupees over the last three years. Applicants must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. All application documents prepared in accordance with the specified guidelines must be submitted to the Assistant Director (General) at the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting by 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026. The selection process will strictly follow the Quality Based Selection (QBS) method to ensure the highest standards of technical excellence and operational reliability.
