The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic proposals for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a laboratory haematology analyser on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. The equipment is intended for the establishment of the Federal Government Polyclinic PGMI-II at G-11/3, Islamabad. The procurement will be conducted via Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA rules. The estimated cost of the package is 5 million rupees with a required bid security of 100,000 rupees. All interested applicants must register on the electronic procurement system to be eligible to participate. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the portal no later than 03:30 PM on 14 May 2026, and technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 04:00 PM.
