Description / Scope of Work
The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology in Topi, Swabi, KPK invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, and suppliers for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and training of lab equipment. The required items include a Hand-held or Portable X-ray Fluorescence Machine XRF Analyzer with Stand, originating from Europe, Japan, the UK, or North America. The procurement follows the single stage two envelope procedure. Interested firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the active taxpayer list of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bids must be complete with project details, satisfactory performance certificates, and a two percent earnest money deposit. All sealed proposals must reach the office of the Deputy Director Procurement no later than 3:30 PM on 15 May 2026. Bids will be opened publicly at 4:00 PM on the same day.
