The Wildlife and Parks Department in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of essential supplies for the fiscal year 2024-25. The scope of the tender includes the provision of various animal diet and feed items, veterinary medicines, staff uniforms, protective clothing, and other miscellaneous items required for the Bahawalpur Zoo and Lal Suhanra National Park. This procurement is vital for the maintenance and welfare of wildlife and the operational readiness of field staff. Bidders are required to provide 2 percent earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) based on the estimated costs for each specific lot. Eligible firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities and the Wildlife Department. Interested parties can collect the tender documents from the office of the Deputy Director Wildlife, Bahawalpur Region, during office hours for a non-refundable fee.
