Livestock supplier opportunity for ~Rs. 58M goat procurement under a provincial development scheme in Kohat.
Single-stage two-envelope process suggests split technical/financial evaluation. The 15% Oil & Gas Royalty funding source indicates provincial budget discipline and potential payment reliability. Pre-bid meeting mandatory for specification clarity—suggests non-standard animal sourcing/delivery logistics. One-off allocation for FY 2025-26 unless scheme recurs annually; verify scheme continuation before committing resources.
Who can bid: FBR registration (sales tax and income tax) with active status mandatory. Bidders must be engaged in livestock supply with demonstrated financial and operational capacity. PEC registration not mentioned; confirm if required per KPK procurement rules. Typically, SECP registration or NTN also expected for corporate entities.
