Tender Notice for Procurement of IT Equipment, Furniture and Machinery & Equipment.

The Planning and Development Department in Quetta, Balochistan invites sealed bids for the procurement of various assets including IT equipment, furniture and fixtures, and machinery and equipment for the PMU-SPSU project. This government tender aims to enhance the operational capacity of the department through the acquisition of modern technology and office infrastructure. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement process follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules of 2014 using the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. A bid security of 2 percent of the total bid value is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee. Bidding documents with detailed specifications can be obtained from the Section Officer at the Civil Secretariat. All completed proposals must be submitted to the Planning and Development Department no later than 12:00 PM on 21 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled to take place at 12:30 PM on the same day.
