Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Sciences and Technology in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from reputable firms and authorized dealers for the procurement of various IT equipment to support its academic and research operations. The scope of this tender includes the purchase of high-performance laptops, desktop computers, and other essential hardware components required for the university's technological infrastructure. This procurement process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. A bid security of 50,000 Rupees is required for the submission. Detailed tender documents, including technical specifications and terms and conditions, can be obtained from the NUST Main Office during working hours for a non-refundable fee of 3000 Rupees. All technical and financial bids must be submitted to the Procurement Directorate at the NUST Campus no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, where they will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
