The Planning, Development, Monitoring and Implementation Cell of the Culture, Tourism, Antiquities and Archives Department in Karachi, Sindh invites E-Bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System from eligible contractors and firms for the repair and renovation of the Sindh Government Library and Cultural Complex in Mirpurkhas. The scope of work covers comprehensive repair and renovation with an estimated cost of 20 million Rupees. Interested bidders must provide a 5 percent bid security and hold a valid PEC Category C6 or above registration with specialization codes CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, EE-02, and EE-04. The completion period for the project is three months. Submissions must comply with the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure under the SPPRA Rules 2010. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal.
