Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Healthcare Commission in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders from reputable firms and authorized dealers for the procurement of various operational supplies for the financial year 2024-25. The scope of work involves the supply of high-quality stationery items, entertainment-related supplies, miscellaneous office goods, and computer accessories required for the commission's daily administrative activities. This procurement process is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules and follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. A bid security of 50,000 Rupees is required for each category of items being bid upon. Detailed tender documents, including complete specifications and terms and conditions, can be obtained from the commission's head office in Lahore during office hours for a non-refundable fee.
