Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Taxila in Taxila, Punjab invites sealed tenders for various development and civil works projects for the year 2024-25. The scope of work includes the construction of PCC flooring and drainage systems in several areas such as Dhok Sehti and Mohallah Masjid Farooq-e-Azam, the installation of street lights, and the repair and maintenance of municipal buildings. The tender is divided into multiple lots, including specific civil works at Lab-e-Mehran Park and the provision of street light materials. Interested contractors must be enlisted with the Local Government and Community Development Department and appear on the Active Taxpayers List for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Bidders are required to submit a 5 percent earnest money deposit in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt based on the estimated project costs. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Municipal Officer Infrastructure for a non-refundable fee. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the Administrator or Assistant Commissioner by 11:30 AM on 22 May 2026.
