Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the extensive construction of a sewerage and sanitation system covering Wards 1 through 10 in the NA-55 area of Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. This significant infrastructure project has a total estimated bid cost of approximately 28.302 million Rupees. The scope of work includes comprehensive civil works, pipeline installation, and the development of sanitation facilities as per the Market Rates System for the first bi-annual period of 2026. Eligible contractors must provide a bid security of 1,415,100 Rupees, representing 5 percent of the estimated cost. Bidders must be registered with the relevant engineering and tax authorities to participate in this competitive process. All technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the updated 2022 contract forms and government regulations. The project is expected to be completed by 30 June 2026, and all bids must be delivered to the Executive Engineer’s office by the specified deadline for public opening.
