Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Engineering Council in Islamabad, Federal Government invites applications for the pre-qualification of reputable and experienced firms, vendors, and service providers. This procurement process, conducted in compliance with PPRA Rules, seeks to establish a panel for various categories including air ticket reservation, office and computer stationery, media and security services, HR consultancy, and event management. Additionally, the scope covers courier services, medicine and pharmaceutical supplies, record digitalization, and specialized facility management such as fumigation and high-rise facade cleaning. These services and goods are required for the PEC Headquarter in Islamabad as well as its regional offices in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, and Multan. Interested parties must submit their sealed proposals for one or more specific categories by the deadline of 18 May 2026 at 02:00 PM. Pre-qualification documents containing full terms and conditions are available for download from the PEC and PPRA websites, and bids will be opened on the same day at the PEC Head Office.
