Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Engineering Council in Islamabad, Federal Government invites comprehensive pre-qualification applications from reputable and experienced firms, vendors, and service providers for a wide range of procurement needs. This pre-qualification notice covers twelve distinct categories including air ticket reservation, office and computer stationery, media and security services, HR consultancy, event management, and courier services. Additionally, the council is seeking providers for pharmaceutical supplies, record digitalization, fumigation, and professional surveyors for building valuation and risk assessment. These services are required for the PEC Headquarter in Islamabad as well as its regional offices in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, and Multan. Interested parties may apply for one or more categories by submitting sealed proposals that clearly mark the relevant category on each envelope. Pre-qualification documents containing full terms and conditions are available on the PEC and PPRA websites. All applications must be submitted to the PEC Head Office no later than 2:00 PM on 18 May 2026, with the opening of bids scheduled for 2:30 PM on the same day in accordance with PPRA Rules
