The University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab invites sealed bids on a lot basis for the procurement of specialized data center equipment under the ADP Scheme. This turnkey project is divided into two primary lots: Lot 1 focuses on the supply and installation of a comprehensive Data Center Facility Setup including a 42U modular smart rack, a 30 KVA soundproof diesel generator, ATS panels, fire suppression systems, and associated civil and electrical works. Lot 2 involves the procurement of high-end 2U rack servers featuring dual Intel Xeon Scalable processors and professional-grade laptops. Bidding will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, and interested firms must be registered with relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Mandatory requirements include a site survey, valid manufacturer authorization, and a proven track record in similar public sector projects. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026, accompanied by a 2% bid security.
